Hospice Annual Light Up A Life Ceremony
Every year, the St. Elizabeth Hospice holds the Light up a Life ceremony to commemorate and remember those who have been loved and lost. The ceremony includes a musical serenade, tree lighting ceremony and memory board. The Hospice team of registered nurses and volunteers offer spiritual and enlightening readings as well as a candle lighting ceremony at which time loved ones can light a candle in memory of those they have lost. For a nominal donation, memory cards can be completed and names are then posted on the memory board that is displayed with the tree in the main lobby of the hospital.
